New Patients

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, your first appointment is about much more than treating a symptom. A full case history is taken to understand your complete health picture — your lifestyle, diet, sleep, emotional wellbeing and medical history all contribute to your TCM diagnosis. This holistic assessment allows Kay to identify the root cause of your condition rather than just addressing the presenting symptoms, and to create a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Follow-up Treatments

Each follow-up treatment builds on the last, working progressively towards restoring balance and harmony within the body. In TCM, the body is viewed as an interconnected system of energy pathways known as meridians. Acupuncture works by stimulating specific points along these meridians to encourage the smooth flow of Qi — your vital energy — supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Courses of Treatment

In TCM, lasting change rarely happens overnight. Just as an imbalance develops gradually over time, restoring balance requires a consistent and committed course of treatment. A course allows Kay to monitor your progress closely, adjust your treatment plan as your condition evolves, and achieve deeper and more sustainable results than individual sessions alone. Committing to a course is one of the most effective ways to get the most from your acupuncture treatment.

Course of 6 Treatments
6 treatments£300
6 treatments + consultation£330
Course of 10 Treatments
10 treatments£510
10 treatments + consultation£530
Course of 14 Treatments
14 treatments£655

Courses are tailored to your individual requirements and reviewed as your treatment progresses.

Maintenance & Seasonal Programmes

Once your main course of treatment is complete, it is important not to let old patterns re-establish themselves. In TCM, maintenance treatment is viewed as an investment in your long term health — keeping your Qi flowing freely, your body balanced and your immune system strong. Rather than waiting for symptoms to return, regular maintenance allows Kay to spot and address any early imbalances before they develop into something more significant.

The Seasonal Programme is rooted in one of the fundamental principles of TCM — that we are deeply connected to the natural world around us. As the seasons change, so do the demands placed on our bodies. Each season is associated with specific organs, emotions and energy patterns. A seasonal treatment helps your body adapt smoothly to these transitions, maintaining the balance and vitality you have worked hard to achieve.

Monthly Maintenance (pay as you go)£52
6 Month Maintenance Package (6 sessions)£281
12 Month Maintenance Package (12 sessions)£562
Seasonal Programme (4 sessions – one per season)£187

Maintenance packages must be used within the specified time period and cannot be carried over. Sessions are non-refundable.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a natural, non-invasive approach to facial rejuvenation rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rather than targeting surface appearance alone, treatment works by improving the flow of Qi and Blood to the face, stimulating collagen production, toning facial muscles and reducing the appearance of fine lines. In TCM the face is a reflection of inner health — true radiance comes from balance and vitality within. Most patients begin to notice visible results after 8 treatments, making a course of treatment the most effective way to achieve and maintain your desired outcome. Please call Kay to discuss course options tailored to your individual needs.

IVF & Fertility Support Programmes

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, reproductive health is viewed as a reflection of overall vitality and balance within the body. Acupuncture works to support the body’s natural systems — helping to encourage hormonal balance, promote healthy blood flow and support a state of deep relaxation that can be beneficial throughout any fertility journey. Many patients choose to include acupuncture as a complementary form of support alongside their existing medical care. Kay works with each patient individually to develop a calm, holistic and tailored programme. It is recommended to begin support at least 3 months prior to your first IVF cycle where possible.

Please note: acupuncture is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment or advice from your fertility consultant or GP. All programmes are offered as supportive care only.
