Stress and Anxiety

Anxiety and stress are common in many people’s lives, it is widely accepted that it is a normal part of modern day life.  Acupuncture can really benefit patients by inducing a feeling of deep relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing.  This can therefore benefit patients suffering stress symptoms which can manifest in poor sleep, fatigue and often lead to depression.
